However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a return, exchange, or credit.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under specific conditions. Items are eligible for return only if they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or if the wrong item was sent. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, color variations due to screen display, or sizing issues, as many of our products are made-to-order or come in limited editions.
Time Frame for Returns
You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this window will not be accepted. To be eligible, you must send us a clear photo of the issue (e.g., damage, defect, or incorrect item) via email or WhatsApp, along with your order ID and full name.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, scent, or alterations will not be accepted for return. Paavai’s Vogue reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Items returned without original packaging or labels

These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Return Approval and Instructions
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item and sending it back. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not liable for items lost during return transit.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (including return shipping) are non-refundable, unless the item was shipped in error or was found to be defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we may offer a return label or reimburse your return shipping cost at our discretion.
Refunds and Credits
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the return status. If approved, you may choose between:

Refund to your original payment method (only in rare, approved cases)
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received and approved.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed for defective or wrongly delivered items and are subject to stock availability. If the same product is not available, we will offer you an exchange with a similar product or provide store credit.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not been processed or dispatched. After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as we begin preparing your order for shipment. Orders placed during sales or on customized items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
