Delivery Locations

We currently offer domestic shipping across India and international shipping to select countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout or you require assistance with a custom location, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed during sales, holidays, or weekends may experience slight delays. Custom or pre-ordered items may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned in the product description if applicable.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Express Shipping (India): 2–4 business days after dispatch (additional charges apply)

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and courier availability)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including regional delays, customs clearance, or courier service disruptions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery method.

  • Domestic Shipping: Free for orders above ₹[insert threshold]; a flat rate or weight-based charge applies otherwise.

  • International Shipping: Calculated based on destination, weight, and current courier rates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or via our tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to be updated.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, customs delays (for international orders), or logistical challenges. Paavai’s Vogue is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. However, we will assist you in resolving such issues wherever possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact number provided at checkout are accurate. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a return or failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Orders once shipped cannot be re-routed or redirected.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Paavai’s Vogue is not liable for any delays or additional charges arising from customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and your order details.

  • We will coordinate with the shipping partner to resolve the issue.

  • Replacement or refunds will be provided on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion and courier investigation.

Packaging

All orders are packed with care to ensure your sarees and products arrive in perfect condition. We use tamper-proof, water-resistant packaging for extra safety during transit. If you receive an open or damaged package, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parts (e.g., if certain items are available earlier or from different warehouses). You will be informed in such cases, and tracking details for each parcel will be shared accordingly.
