All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of order. Domestic deliveries usually take 2–4 business days, while international deliveries may take 7–9 business days from the date of dispatch. For urgent orders within Chennai, customers can also arrange a pickup through Swiggy or Dunzo for faster delivery.

For international orders, any taxes, import duties, or customs charges imposed by the destination country will be the sole responsibility of the customer. If the carrier pays such charges on the customer’s behalf, the customer is required to reimburse the carrier accordingly.
